Refund Eligibility We accept refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, you must contact us within that window and provide your order number and reason for the request.
No Return Shipping Required Because we work with international suppliers, we do not require you to ship items back. If your item is eligible for a refund, we will process it without requiring a return shipment.

- Wrong item received
- Item never arrived (after 30 days from order date)
- Item significantly different from the product description

- Items reported after 30 days of delivery

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
